You need sonoff or equivalent..costs around 2000 for 4 channel relay that will control 4 switches

By connecting a chrome cast how do u switch on the TV... Is the tv on standby mode always?

I just turn off the tv using remote, but keep the power on always. Also some tv need to enable that option to power on remotely when on standby.

Yes, but we have now lights which doesn't need bridge.. like Syska, Wipro etc.
