This is a video tutorial on replacing your toilet. Follow these steps and you will have a clean toilet replacement procedure.
We purchased this toilet at Home Depot for approximately $110 with taxes. Its affordable and a great product made by Glacier Bay.
Here is a video we created of assembling the toilet if this is your first time replacing a toilet.

One other thing to check before you give it the "all clear" is to make sure the connecting bolts between the tank and the bowl are dry (not leaking) after your first test flush. If they are wet you probably need to cinch it down more. Thanks for the tutorial.

Liquid lock is typically used for toilets that you won’t be using again. Disposing of. You can try and put liquid lock and use the toilet again to see if it clears it up once reinstalled. Let us know if you do.
