Sciatica and low back pain is very common, especially with people sitting at home now more than ever! If you are experiencing sciatica symptoms (numbness/tingling in the hip/leg) or low back pain, try these exercises and stretches at home.
Try holding the stretches for 20-30 seconds 3 times a day and perform the exercises for 8-12 repetitions 3 times a day.
