I totally understand the 'don't want to listen to the original'. Being old, many of the 90s and newer songs they cover were new to me, so I looked up the originals. I never found one I liked better than the HF one, and most weren't as good, IMHO. This was Thomas Rhett. They were 'replaying' Tim's proposal to Jenika. You should really listen to the outro (off camera, if you want to), as it often has information about the song and/or the band - this was shortly after Chance joined and they explained that they used it as a chance to sort of show him off. Keep enjoying HF, you have a LOT of videos left!
This was Tims engagement song. they let us take part in their lives. For other personal songs they did there is Spaceship for Rob, Cover Me Up for Chance and Love Me Like That for Austin (that's an original song)
Tim's idea to sing this as he said the lyrics reminded him of his ( at that time) recent engagement to Jenika. Then the video is of that day is with her. Yes, that's his wife now. So sweet!
There are songs that have never heard that HF has covered and I have no desire to check out the original 🤷♀️ lol. I love this one extra because Tim's wife is in it....they are so adorable together! Jenika has the sweetest smile
What a beautiful romantic song done by Home Free. This video was recreating the marriage proposal of Tim & Jenika. The guys did a great job on this cover. Loved that they all had a chance to sing in this one. Their music touches your soul.
The original are from Thomas Rhett. Never heard it, only HF's cover. Eddit: Just went and listen to TR, not bad at All. Of course he hasn't Chance's smokey baritone, Tim's bass or Austin's clear High tenor, but he's not bad. (And yes, I'm biased).
I'm trying to think of ones you might like and I agree with some folks saying any one of these is great: In The Blood, One Man Band, Undivided, Crazy Life, Blue Ain't Your Color, Seven Bridges Road, Life Is A Highway and What We Ain't Got. Great reaction to a beautiful song. Home Free has quite a few sentimental songs worth checking out: Heaven, Yours, One Man Band, Castle on the Hill, Cover Me Up (watch to the end), and Save the World (written by Austin) all come to mind quickly - there are MANY more. Add them to your list because you know by now, Home Free never disappoints!

I am usually of the same thought as you when hearing their versions of songs, but this is one where it is well worth checking out the original by Thomas Rhett (along with his other stuff, he's a great artist)
When Rob goes 'silky,' tend to forget that all the guys have their own version of 'pretty.' Such a smooth, doo-woppy feel. Jenika, a performer in her own right, so comfortable portraying her part in this re-enactment. (Being the guys range from about 6'1" to 6'5", am reminded how tall Jenika, as well as Rob's wife, Kelsey (seen in other HF vids), are when next to their respective other half.)

There is a "From the Vault" episode about the filming of this video that is both sweet & really funny. Tim & Austin are both song writers and have originals both with Home Free and on their own channels. On Home Free's channel, Tim's originals include "Remember This", "Snow Globe" & "What's Left of My Heart"; Austin's include "Save the World", California Country" & "Stargazer Lilies"

Love these guys. Have been lucky enough to have seen them a few times in person. They are great and funny. Also like Voice Play. For them you should watch Hoist the Colors, My Mother Told Me and Queen in Five Minutes. May I also say that you look a lot like Luke Evans in your circle photo. Very nice. Will keep watching.
