Home-made chocolate bar ice cream,NO cream, NOeggs
400ml Milk
50g Milk powder
50g Sugar
50ml Milk
20g Corn starch (2.5Tbsp)
Turn the heat down when the milk starts to boil
Put about 1/2 in a cup.
50ml Milk
1.5Tbsp Cocoa powder
Store in freezer for at least 8 hours
300~400g Milk chocolate
Low heat
please turn off the lights
Be careful not to melt the ice cream
(If the ice cream is melted, the chocolate will not stick)
