Final comment, your English is perfectly understandable, English is my only language and you speak at least two. Those who speak only English are grateful that you were willing to learn English so we could benefit from your knowledge, thank you so very much
Eddy these videos are fantastic, please keep making more of them! It's been a year since your last video... :( And the little tips are so appreciated! Beautiful to watch and very easy to learn..
@@SidOhzen I really hope you will be able to make more videos in the future! I made the noodles and they turned out great! Is there anywhere we can send you a photo so you can see your recipes work?
Thank you so much! I would like to learn to make eggs noodles at home and then found you. Watched many people and many ways but I like your. Thanks again!
The end result is beautiful and I can appreciate the time you took to make it. Maybe something I could do on a special occasion. Otherwise with cost of making and especially time, I'll stick to the cheap 99¢ one pound or more boxes you can buy in any store for spaghetti. And I have made fresh egg noodles in the past, but never so thin or so precise and just by hand. Always wanted a noodle maker machine, but not if it is going to take that much time for one serving of noodles... O_o
Similar noodles are also made in our region. Flour and eggs. They are dried and put in the warehouse. it retains its quality for a very long time when dried.
Just found and have watched your video. Thank you for sharing your knowledge on this matter, good demonstration especially your tip using turmeric powder. More power to your channel and Godbless.
You mentioned chow mein noodles, would these be the same or similar. The dried chow mein noodles at the grocery stores are sometimes difficult to find and expensive to buy
