I have knee arthritis and the first thing I did that helped me with joint pain was to adopt a keto diet. The second thing that really made a huge positive impact was to switch from a keto diet to a carnivore diet. Carnivore heals. Now I alternate between low carb, keto and carnivore. Also, is very important to walk, take vitamine D, zinc and omega 3

Very similar to khus khus payasa which is popular in Karnataka.... we don't add lotus seed and we do add ground coconut or coconut milk .... it's the poppy seed that helps with sleep and milk helps too!!!
