Marking the net line/3 metre line/base line is such a good tip, and a really great way for me to practise my serves during lockdown in the UK. I'm having trouble getting my serves consistently over as I've only been playing for a few months. Thanks Donny!
For anyone living an American city, handball courts are awesome for self-training bc its a big wall with lots of space. The lining for the handball boarder is also pretty good for practicing ur serves 👍🏼👍🏼
Just got done practicing my volleyball, im gettin HELLA BETTER at it now😓😓😈🏐🏐this is already one of my favourite sports of all time. Ive been practicing all this weekend. At first, i was trash at volleyball but now am getting very better now🏐😈

after practicing,i just think the libero position is just the best one for me. i have fun receiving balls and it's the easiest one for me, also i am 156cm so i think it's the best one. However, i find serving so hard omg

Hey coach donny, quick question, how often should I do these series of workouts? Should I do each of the six parts each day whilst taking 1 rest day, or should I do multiple specific ones in specific intervals. Thank you for the content to keep us healthy over this pandemic 👍🔥
I've been looking for a place in my neighborhood with a solid wall to practice on but the closest I can get is a half wall of rocks on the base of the mountain by my house...
Id recommend to go to a tennis court, or an indoor basketball court. Tennis courts normally have a space without people so I'd personally say their better.
