Think Gladiator from Super Crooks can take Homelander in a fight. I say this bc a guy with 200 different powers is straight up terrified of Gladiator. And his only power is super strength. The catch is that he maxed it out through training.
There's huge chuck of super heroes from other forms of media that can beat Homelander because as we see in this very fight, Homelander gets hurt by punches that can't break through concrete walls, while heroes like Spiderman, Cyclops, Captain America and Iron man consistently do.
i think it relies more on your concentration and will and how he needs to be mostly perfectly still, i think he knew he needed homelander stunned for a minute or two so he wouldnt get the attack in on soldier boy while he was charging
soldier boy can't use it properly due to him not having the power until the russians who took him gave it to him cause they were trying to turn him into their weapon.
