Homemade broth from beef brisket and beef ribs will serve not only as a basis for a proper soup, but also as a basis for sauces.
The production of broth is time-saving. You will have to cook it for at least 3 hours, but you don't have to be there all the time. You'll place it in a pot, put the burner on for a while and you can easily engage in other activities, until the broth is ready.
Cooked meat can be used in soups, sauces or even in Czech risotto.
