@@ssc1226 See it this way, one day she's going to best one of Jerry's shooting records and he's going to be so proud. Isn't that what we all want our kids to do? Have it easier in life than ourselves, go their own way and be *better* than us. She's definitely on her way to do that :D
But like a crappy version… it’s a bit of a ripoffed idea IMO but there are plenty of guys willing to watch lesser content with attractive female replacements.
The "offensive", un PC, or random junk stuff are like the canary in the coal mine. When it get attacked then society are screwing up. I rather be offended or disappointed on occation then that happening.
@Nature Taco so you support Jim Crow Biden Black Rifle coffee supports and the Nazi Democrat Party trust me these people are all anti America and their overpriced coffee sucks
@@300blk8 party/ identity politics will be the death of this country. I don’t buy BRC either, but calling them radical leftists bc they support moderate candidates on both sides of the aisle is ridiculous.
Why was cement board "illegal"? Tile should be legal as well. The test of *wearability* should be if one can get from point A to point B wearing the creation, be able to use their own weapon while wearing it, as well as survive several hits from the various weapons(not wearing for that test though😉).
Absolutely astounding how she can be so goofy and professional at the same time. Id love to learn anything and everything I can from Jerry or Lena or her mother!

@@joshuagibson2520 You couldn't find a huge sheet, but one of those little 12"x12" squares would probably be really easy to find. Even if you can't find that you can stack up a bunch of aluminum flashing or something, there's metal everywhere.
big facts! soon as lena came on i had motion sickness and cloverfield flashbacks. improve his skills ,replace entirely or use a auto stabling gimble or cheap cam stand. but other than that great video fun and informative.
A quick solution for emergency body armor is ceramic tile wrapped in duck tape. It will stop several shots of pistol rounds, but rifle rounds would need some kind of metal backing as well.
I can’t imagine what it would be like if my wife loved firearms as much as me. Probably for the best, we would never leave the range. Never stop. Yeah, probably for the best.
Maybe you would own a range and make its maintenance and customer support your day job. Throw in some weapon courses for the newbies and you are all set living the dream perhaps.
@@thespicemelange.1 well yeah. Hence why they bought two full sheets. You think they're just going to stand those up and try to walk and shoot from behind it?
One of these years a distributed diy body armor event should happen. Seems like the perfect kind of weekend project that could be quite interesting with a ton of people testing out their ideas. A lot of stuff predictably doesn't work that well, but some stuff ends up being surprisingly effective.
This is a great idea, maybe just as one part of a bigger event. The best part would be to set some limits like time, budget, weight, thickness. Then do a series of calibers like they do here.
@@CrashRacknShoot You can see the other 2 girls' part of filming on their channels... @Alex Zedra and @Rapidfire Rachel. They were posted about a month ago. Also, Lena's teammate, @Kat from KatandK9, also posted one too.
I really hope my daughter has friends like this group of ladies when she is a teenager. I guarantee "girls night" is way better than the over glorified ones in TV shows and social media these days. Cheers ladies, great competition.
Most of my daughters friends are libtards but my daughter isn't she is a independent and a good and responsible shooter as I know this first hand because I taught her to be responsible and safe with firearms!
I feel bad for ur daughter. U want ur daughter dressing like this and selling herself for views, fame, monetization? Snap outa it, you still have time to break away from this evil screen time addiction and desire for fame. Do not wish that on ur daughter.
@@jdriver1419 at no point, in my statement, did I ever mention or insinuate, that I wanted my daughter to pursue a social media career. I understand your concern for how children are guided into adulthood in current America. However, I feel that you may have lunged too far with your understanding of my comment. To clarify; I hope my daughter has a close bond with her friends and do cool stuff like these ladies. Not that you deserve an explanation, but it is recorded social interaction after all. Read my original statement again and think about how you would say it if it were you talking about your own daughter. Obviously, assuming that you have children. If you have children, I'm sure that you also want the best(morally speaking) for them, even if your parenting practices are different from another parent that also wants to guide their child into a wonderful adult, it doesn't make the other parent wrong in their approach. I was originally mad with your reply, but after some thought, I realized that you and I are talking to strangers that have zero concept of how we teach our youth. Therefore, as long as that approach is not abuse/fear/neglect, it is not something to interject ourselves in to. Cheers from Texas
@@johnalarcon5006 cheers to you bubba! I love that you have a close relationship with your girl and that you teach responsibility. Damn glad to have you and your family as countrymen. My family will stand beside yours any day brother. Cheers from Texas
Y'all passed up the boxes of ceramic 12"x12" tile in flooring and the 1/3" lexan sheets in windows and the liquid nails next to the duct tape.... but it was still fun😁🤣😂😂
It was fun to watch! Thanks for demo of the Premier Body Armor, nice product. Kind of off subject, but relative. All of you are obviously fans of braced firearms, me too...and so are a lot of women who prefer to shoot firearms that suit our stature and physical needs. Please consider producing a video to help us submit meaningful inputs to the ATF concerning their plans to ban pistols and braces that they intend to reclassify as SBR’s. Women were definitely not originally considered in the equation of firearms and regulations, otherwise SBR’s would have been considered the perfect size for us and never restricted by TAX stamps!
Probably the crete board they were whining about in Lena's build being "illegal". Whatever the hell illegal means in a homemade body armor test with *random items*.
It doesn't matter how good looking they are or how much they love guns, when that many women get together, the high pitched noises send me with a beer to the garage. 😆 Fun video idea though.
That cement board on the strike face of the duct taped build would have been a game changer. Bamboo cutting boards and some ceramic tile also make a huge difference in things like this. Thanks Demo Ranch for the science?
Imagine being the poor criminal who accidentally approached this group of ladies in the parking lot, LOL. Love this vid, and all your content. Keep it up!
I think the idea was to try and make something wearable, but that didn't really happen either. It was a fun exercise and shouldn't be taken too seriously I'd say.
This is Alien 👽 from Uranus Awesome video what a cool idea and kudos to the ladies very entertaining I just want to thank All of you for taking the time to make such a wonderful video for us to enjoy really enjoyed it your 1# Fan Alien 👽 👽🚀321
Should have just gotten epoxy resin and fiberglass sheets, with some flex seal. You cut the sheets to size, layer to about 1.5 inches, then flood in the resin in a container. Once cured, cover in mutiple layers of flex seal. Cut to shape with a hacksaw. Resin will cause force to distribute across the fibers, and flex seal also acts as anti spall. Provides the same or greater protection as IIIA soft armor.
@@larryalexander4833 indeed it does, though its also good on its own when thick enough. Was an old trick to fill the voids of car doors with it. Made em heavy as hell, but it, plus the rubbery plastic reinforcement of the door metal did wonders for handgun calibers.
Ceramic tile wrapped in duct tape covered in those kevlar work gloves maybe backed by some leather or comfy fabric just for the ergos. Dont know if it would work for every caliber but it sounds nice
This reminds me of the young RU-vid couple that thought a .44 mag. round would not go through a thick phonebook. Yeah/no, he held the phonebook up to his chest, she pulled the trigger & killed em' both! (He's still dead). I'm just saying this needs a huge disclaimer. Watch out for liability.😕 There are people who are just plain stupid out there. STAY SAFE!
The term "bullet proof" comes from the practice of fireing a shot at a new brestplate so buyers exected there to be a small indenture somewhere. Well that was in the era of black powder muskets but they did test their armour. In any case only a complete idiot would demonstrate an armour by wearing it when fired upon. Armour changes the odds in the users favour but they do not make people invulnerable.
Why does this video only show one perspective from one team ?There is no video of Alex's team in the store or what they purchased or when they assembled their body armor . Seems very one sided with minimal perspective . I know it's all fun and not serious , but for the viewer it left A LOT to be desired and completely overshadowed the other team in everyway .
I can't disagree. I'd love to have seen all 4 results. Sometimes logistics don't work out. Or maybe that's going to be featured on the other gals channels.
LMFAO on that "trashy" intro! Crazy fun content on this upload. Girlz with gunz equals so much funz! This is what a girls' night out should be during the day. The posh attitude in wearing the gear was also very funny. Well done, my friends. Well done, indeed.
