You do know that she was crowned at the beauty queen of the shootist culture. Lena is top shelf, plus she can shoot fairly well.

All great tips! Best tip is do not lock elbows or knees! It's the same for driving a car with one hand, no locked elbow! The tip with holding the pistol as far up as you can in the grip works with power tools, such as a drill or power screwdriver as well. There's a whole lot less wobble with a gun or a power tool. You do not want a lever in your hand. Thanks!

Just about the same as my batting stance all my life..... And that is how I pretty much do it except I really never paid attention to how similar I shoot as to how similar I bat a baseball. Great Vid girl...... Ya really know yer sheet!

Next time I am at the range I'll be sure to try some of these techniques I became disabled ten years ago and I do pretty well hitting the target and have decent groups but the nerves in my hand and now the onset of arthritis causes me pain and a loss of strenth

I'm confused. When she put it all together at the end of the video, she didn't put two fingers of her support hand in front of the trigger guard. It looks like she reverted to a traditional grip.

How many hours have you practiced just a ball park figure day/weekly etc . See the thing is if people had the time yes everyone would be better at shooting for example I bet Jerry everyday popped a round off or two pretty much out of 365 days. Time/cost/place to shoot etc
