Homemade broccoli slaw is so easy to make. All you need is a small hunk of red cabbage, 3-4 carrots, and 4 or so cups of broccoli stems.
If the broccoli stems are long, chances are they are tough and need to be peeled with a Vegetable peeler. If it’s from a shorter piece of broccoli you can leave it as is.
First use the s blade in your food processor to chop the cabbage, then switch to the large grating blade
Grate the carrots and broccoli stems. Mix well and store either in a ziplock or reusable sealable container.
