Homemade Chinese Kikiam
(NGOHIONG)
How to make Chinese Kikiam
Ingtedients:
1/2 kg. minced or Ground Pork ( 400 grms. lean and
100 grms. fats)
100 grms minced Prawns
1/2 cup grated Singkamas slightly squeezed
(SAKO) in Chinese name
1/2 cup grated carrot
1/4 cup minced onions
5 Gloves Garlic, minced
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tvsp. Oyster Sauce
2 tbsp Brown sugar
1 tsp. 5 Spices Powder
1/4 cup Cornstarch
Salt and Pepper to taste
Taope wrapper (Beancurd sheets) fresh
Procedures:
Mix all together the Ingredients
wrap it
steaned in 30 minutes
let it cool
-then fry it
Ready to serve
