Hello maam, I’d like to know if you used Salted or unsalted butter? I made these once and they came out great but I don’t remember if I used a mix of salted /unsalted butter sticks or if I used all Salted butter.

Try adding some orange zest to your dough! Really takes cinnamon rolls to that next level. Your recipe looks fantastic and browned butter cream cheese icing is genius

Just made these at home today and they turned out amazing!! I do have one tip, bake the rolls for 35 minutes instead of the recommended 20 minutes. I'm not sure if others had the same experience, but my first batch of cinnamon rolls were a little bit too chewy/underdone and could've benefited from at least 15 more minutes in the oven. I baked my second batch for 15 minutes longer than the first, and they were muchhhh better! Flavor, consistency, and recipe 10/10! Cinnabon who?
Hey, did you use cast iron like her or a different type of pan? I do know that cast iron holds heat a lot longer and more evenly. Maybe baking times need adjusting according to the type of baking dish, as well. I prefer mine well-done, too.
I made these a few minutes ago...they are DELICIOUS! They got SOPT UP right out of the oven! Decadent! Gooey! Soft! Creamy, buttery icing with pecans! My family said they give it am A+++++!!! Now, we need stretch pants! 💕💕💕

I just made these and they are sooooo good. I honestly think they are better than Cinnabon. It’s the browned butter for me🙌🏽 this was my first time making dough from scratch, it wasn’t as hard as I thought it would be! With this recipe I was able to make 12 and they were HUGE
I LOVE vanilla! I tried adding it to my brown sugar/cinnamon filling before & I think the alcohol made it do funny because it tasted & looked a little - not burnt but dried edges. It was odd but they definitely were not overbaked. So thank you. I'll try adding it to the dough next time although I don't know how they could be any better than what this lady made. Those looked better than any I've ever seen.
