This delicious homemade coffee creamer is easy and doesn't have all of those dangerous chemicals!! ☕☕☕
Coffee Creamer
1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
4 oz flavoring (I use hazelnut)
3 heaping tsp sugar of choice
Combine all ingredients and taste to adjust to suit your fancy.

I love that brand of Monkfruit. Unfortunately the flavored syrup you recommended uses cane sugar. For a healthier option, you can just add a fresh vanilla bean to your mixture without the syrup.

So, i was using that brand of Monkfruit and recently found out it has erythritol in it, which is harmful. They now make a liquid version that is pure so i bought that instead! You need a very small amount as it is pretty potent! Gonna try your recipe! Thanks so much for sharing!

I looked up the Pink House brand and it is a hazelnut flavored simply syrup. I have hazelnut extract instead, do you know the conversion on this or is this just an adjust to your liking thing? The bottle I have is 4 oz and I'd hate to dump the whole thing in for this little amount of creamer.....lol. Very expensive cup of coffee. Thanks
