Homemade Fancy Sticky Cinnamon Buns By June | Delish 

What do you call them: cinnamon rolls, cinnamon buns, or morning buns??

June is the reason I watch Delish. I love the options. Cream cheese frosting always.❤️

I just discovered June. On my 2nd video. And in my whole history of watching foodie RU-vidrs. I THINK that she is BY FAR MY FAV female foodie RU-vidr 😍

This is the most realistic lamination I’ve seen on RU-vid. It manages ones expectations. Imperfect but real. I was frustrated my when I did this process and compared mine with other laminations done by others. June’s genuine.

I also just discovered June-two days ago, for me-and now I’m hooked. She’s serious and very passionate about cooking, but also quite funny. I’d say I’m watching these videos just to watch June make stuff, but something tells me she really wants us to make this stuff, sooo...looks like I’ll be making sticky buns this week. She said mornings buns but this is two days prep work and you need to wake up by 4 am to maybe have them done by 10 am at the earliest. One day I will commit to these buns but for now I will watch her and wish I could taste them.

Try putting the softened butter in a ziplock bag and roll it out inside the bag. Them put in refrigerator to firm up. when ready to use cut the zip lock bag and you have a perfect square.

The most involved cinnamon/sticky bun I've ever seen. And yes, I will be trying them. 😁

I will be making these for Christmas for the first time (starting on the 24th so the dough can spend the night in the fridge and become super dough. Cannot wait!

I know there are other cooks/chefs on Delish, but I just love June! I started doing these today, I'm just waiting for them to grow, almost ready to go in the oven😋😋

Love the calm and encouraging way you walk us through the recipe, June! I couldn't resist and have 20 rolls (sorry but I eked out an extra 4, it'll be smaller but eh) proofing, waiting for the bake in two hours! I made your morning buns June!! Really delicious, you were not kidding about the dough bursting when proofing in the fridge. I had to re wrap them a few times. They were delicious!! I loved the nuts and the hint of lemon and orange. Not sure my buns turned out as fluffy as yours did. I froze the second batch and will cook them in the future, too many for 2 adults and a child to eat 😊. Hopefully they still work out. Also it was a journey to make, but tasted great so worth it!!

Cinnamon roll and cinnamon swirl are what I think of immediately. Whenever I visit a Danish or Swedish bakery (in the U.S.), I'll grab one of these but I've never had one directly from the oven. These look ridiculously delicious. Another excellent recipe and demo. 👍
