I want to eat this food sooo badly... if she opens a restaurant in the middle of nature place .it would be successful as a food experience and time travel... everything she does is gold 🎉
I agree that everyone would love to enjoy this at a restaurant but it would probably not make sense for her to do. The time and effort it takes for her to put this much love and artistry into the work is extreme. This food is only fit for 2 types of people. Individuals and communities that make it for themselves, and Kings/Queens. This food is fit for Kings… if you wanted this quality at a restaurant the prices would be unbearable for anyone below “elite” status. At that point they would just hire a private chef (as they do.) The great thing about this is how she shares her work and process for anyone with internet access to enjoy and learn from. Most people don’t want to put in the effort (or have money/resources to attain this level quality) and that’s why so many people eat fruit, cereal, ramen, etc. Nothing wrong with making it yourself or paying someone to do so. Just don’t expect anything near regular prices.
@@TurbulentFlow making good food cheap is easy at a large scale, company owners are just greedy. Theres something that leaves a bad taste in my mouth about the idea of "chef/ceo" because how many CEOs have actually faced food insecurity, or any damn struggle for tha matter?
@@smugscribbles6667 food that takes this much time and effort for one loaf and one bowl is definitely not easy to make large scale. You need people hand making each bread and hand placing the toppings on the soup, you need servers, a good aesthetic atmosphere, cleaners, so many bills and people to pay, you would need a team of highly paid and highly trained cooks (since you don’t like the term chef), a location, ingredients and tools, they would be hand squeezing cheese and hand carving art into each bread loaf. How cheap do you possibly think that this work is worth? Human time is of the most worldly value. All this for a simple meal that will go into a belly to never be enjoyed again. If you think something like this is possible large scale I think you should do it. I dislike mass markets and large scale businesses for the most part. I do agree that the people currently in control of the earth’s resources and monetary value could possibly make this happen on some level but why would they? It would cost too much for them and cutting cost is important to them. Not to mention that I truly believe it is nearly impossible to keep up with a good quality control on a big business.
@@TurbulentFlowWith the way society/ the economy is right now, already underpaying its workers, the cost of buying quality ingredients would be way higher, and the cost of trying to get someone to do that labor in large amounts for a low wage would be difficult. Youre right, this is 100% why people just buy private chefs! If not, as you said, The prices would be for royal elites only.
Это ли не счастье? Все просто, все спокойно, гармония, тишина и мир. Как много в этом маленьком фрагменте...не еда, а словно вспомнилось что-то родное, теплое, забытое, из детства...
Oh my god that's fresh mozzarella🫠...and then baked bread!!!😳 Oh the spread on the bread slices... that's TOMATO SOUP with cream and basil 🤠 I'm hungry now
I remember when I was a teen, my Yiayia would bake bread every week for our church services and she'd always bake one extra loaf for my myself and my siblings. I can remember my Father walking through our door after walking from her house up the street with bread in hand and the excitement of the whole experience. Cutting into the hot freshly baked crusty bread, negotiating who would win the edge piece and the smell...oh the smell that would fill and warm our home, not listening to my Father while he gently expressed his concern on how much butter we'd use that would soak the bread and the taste....incredible. As an adult, I look back and realise that those happy moments trapped in time are a gift and treasured sentiments that live on in our hearts as we journey through life. Oh I can't believe what a memory you brought back to me and all by watching a short video, Thank you. Αιώνα η μνήμη σου Γιαγιά. Rest in peace Yiayia 🕊
Did she make the pot from scratch? Did she make the knife from scratch? Did she make the bowl from scratch? I didn’t think so, so it’s a little misleading to say that she made it completely from scratch.
Thank you very much. I'm from Eastern Europe. This reminds me of my childhood, when my grandmothers would make bread by the fireplace. Good health and peace be with you!
The peace in this video reminds me of the good old days when my mom used to bake for us kids. We didnt have plenty of money but she made our birthdays extra special, feeling home in every bite
Yeah…that totally necessary cast iron lid scrape was especially loaded with zen-like ambience, and calming atmosphere…didn’t grate my spinal cord at all. Gorgeous, calming sound🙏🏻
@@itscorn9694Yeah same, my mom, mom died of hepatits B after an infusion of tainted blood from the red cross, my dads mom who lived to 97 I only met once she lived very far away, but I still love all the stories I got of those incredible women, I never heard anything bad about my grandmas, just love and so much.
This was relaxing yet oddly therapeutic in a way just watching you make food naturally it really makes me feel that all of life’s problems have been washed away and it really makes you look back at how food is made now a days and how much more important it would’ve been if we didn’t put so much preservatives and stuff in our food it reminds me to be mindful of what I eat every day ❤
Your culinary artistry is next-level! Every video feels like a choreographed symphony, where your skills flow effortlessly, ingredients become vibrant brushstrokes, and edits hum like the perfect soundtrack. I kid you not i thought the cheese was tofu. Aww this food looks so good! I've got to go and bake some banana bread right now though. I promise my husband. It's his favorite.
I have anorexia triggered by emetophobia, but these videos really make food seem so safe and beautiful... Free therapy for the soul and eyes, thank you so much.
With a duch oven baking your own bread is super easy, just get the percentages right, it's 4 ingredients including water and salt. Add butter while it's still warm there's no safer food. Will help with the weight too
same tbh. i wanna be able to create something scratch and know that i fan sustain myself when or if everything else fails. learning the science behind why things happen in food has always been an interest if mine since a child. dont listen to Mr. RD and his inability to create something wonderful.
The fresh ingredients, your talent, the serene natural vibes, everything combines so well to make up a piece of art. Your culinary artistry is on a whole new level compared to other cooking content creators. Honestly this is fukin insane! You feed my eyes, my soul and my stomach, watching you cooking really help me to unwind and relieve stress.
How do you think bread is made? I guess you buy bagged white bread .. too bad. go out spread your horizons .. go to a bread shop and buy "fresh" baked bread.
This is why mothers don't belong on the time clock. Children don't even need to be in school to learn, as outnumbered teachers are anyway. Besides, many of these children are lacking in such home-based skills. Much like their mothers, for this very reason. People talk about work/life balance these days, do they forget children need that too? We all need proper allotment for rest and self-care or the outlook is a crapshoot.
@@alaskaobrien I think they just meant that they wanted to eat that…it doesn’t mean they don’t have proper skills to cook it, that’s what learning is for. And for the mother’s not teaching kids valuable culinary lessons, my brother and his friends, who are all 13 years old, can somehow bake cakes and even made one for me. Yet I can barely make cookies. It’s not about the parents or the teachers, it’s about whether or not the kids wish to learn sooner rather than later
@@artsloth254 because our children will follow by example, by experience... learning naturally follows. Yet, some are born to take inspired action instead of following the status quo.
#naturalfood
Итальянцы прекрасны! Мы, славяне, восхищаемся бесконечно итальянской культурой! И не только атмосферой, но и монументальными идеями о прекрасном. Великолепно!❤
Pray and fast. Everything will be ok as long as you have faith. Mark 9:29 And he said unto them, This kind can come forth by nothing, but by prayer and fasting.
