Very good question! Salsa for the most part already has pretty clean ingredients. Its all about finding the canned tomatoes and green chili's that have the cleaner ingredients in them and lower in carb. Also amounts. Yellow onion is okay on Keto but the carbs add up fast if your not careful. The sugar in salsa is also really high, so I replaced that with Monk Fruit sweetener, which is a great sugar replacement. Didn't sweeten it as much either. I hope this helped.
@@MrStad-cd2tx That really depends on the individual. I just like Monk fruit better because Stevia leaves a bitter taste in my mouth. Either one works though.
