Thai Tea ice cream! I know this is a staple at Boba Shops around the globe but this flavor was MADE for ice cream :-) Also, it’s surprisingly easy to make. Let’s do it.
Ingredients:
1/2 Thai Tea mix (Pantai mix)
2 cups heavy cream
1 1/4 cup whole milk
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/8 cup light corn syrup
What you’ll need:
Ice Cream machine (Cuisinart Ice 30-BC)
Whisk or Kitchenaid mixer
Measuring cups
Strainer
Thai Tea ice cream was the first ice cream that Rae and I had filmed together so I love this flavor for multiple reasons. If you’re able to try this please let me know!
