Ingredients (updated!) : (for 2 to 3 people)
- 285g plain flour / cake flour (T45)
- 3g gluten powder amzn.to/3aJofwT
- 12g katakuriko/potato starch amzn.to/3jp39rk
- 130mL water
- 18g salt
Cette recette vous montre comment faire vos udon (nouilles japonaises) vous-même. Et aussi surprenant que ca puisse paraitre, ce n'est pas difficile ;-)

One of My favorite foods is Udon. Udon is a white noodle made from wheat flour. It is thick and soft. We can make noise when eating these noodles. Slurping when we eat hot Udon helps prevent us from burning our tongue.

Thank you for sharing :) I’ll be getting the roller so I will use knife method. This was very helpful. What is gluten powder? Is it vital wheat gluten?
