This missing part is WHY was it suspended. My daughters best friend and a second girl were killed by a drunk driver. He also maimed his girlfriend who can’t use her arm anymore. . He then threatened the witnesses life, violated home arrest at least three times. How many decades was he in prison? 3 years and now he is free to do it again. He did his sentence in a minimum security facility with internet, cable and they raised puppies. CA makes me sick in the last decade. These guys will probably get probation for the 10th time.
