I bought the CNC mirrors for my duke 390 and the screws are too long for the holes as well - they hit the handlebar long before the mirror gets tight. I guess you get what you pay for, but it's clearly a low quality Chinese made product. Also, previous owner had bar-end mirrors which I removed. His bar end kit had included two screws that went into the standard mirror holes to make them look tidy. The left one unscrewed easily but the right one would hardly budge. After bashing it for about an hour and cursing endlessly I tried screwing it the other way and THAT is when I discovered that the right hand mirror thread is reversed! Bit of a trap for young players and something no-one seemed to have bothered mentioning on any of these videos.

Are they longer/wider than OEM mirrors? Should have come with all nuts/bolts for straight fitting without modified???

Great video thanks, I just don't understand why the ebay seller didn't give you a proper screw. It's unusual that you had to make your own.

Luc Salander I had exactly the same when I ordered direct from Ali express. The bolts that came with the mirrors did not fit the bike. I think that they’re poorly cut.
