Subscriber from South Africa. Awesome content. Heartbreaking that I have been unable to find any workshop to perform this reflash here. I have a Honda Civic 1.8L iVTEC (2007) which I desperately want to tune. Do you have any partners here in South Africa that you can refer me to?
Is this the k20z2 canadian motor from the acura csx or the R18 motor from the us civic i am looking to add paddle shifters to my 2010 8th gen civic lx and i was wondering if i could get the ecu reprogrammed or need to buy one from another country
Question is the ECU numbers setting found in automatic same as Fd manual? Or they have different configuration? Since manual is more responsive than matic on FD models
@@speedlabchannel4452 but is that slight difference translate different in real world? Drag racing both 1.8 FD manual and matic? Will it be huge or marginal difference or depnds how good the driver launches the car. Sorry just. Curious
is it possible to get a remap/reflash ecu without having a dyno due to no availability? Like having a "off the shelf" ecu tune. I know it's not going to be as precise as with the dyno. if yes, please leave contact number please. thank you
Been wanting to dyno my 09 R18 just haven’t found a shop yet ! Thanks for the info I’m wondering how I could get better throttle response and better power in the high end
Mga sir question, kung mag pa remap ka ng fd without changing air filter and muffler okay lang? kung baga all stock lang talaga and remap lang gagawin mo?
if u have future plans for intake and exhaust, better get them first before a tune reflash, otherwise that will be another expense becuase your tune will be for the current setup.
Good day boss, i have ecu of 8th gen honda civic SI came from US. Question po is can we put that ecu in my 8th gen Honda civic 2.0s manual transmission local here in the PH and remap at your shop? Is it gonna work po? Thank you in advance po.
Is the ECU can be remaped without tuner? I'm thinking to do some upgrade like camshaft but I couldn't find tuner device My car has r18a1 motor auto transmission
140 hp is crank (engine) horsepower. That power is being transfered to the wheels which is the reason for the loss because is has to go through the transmission etc.
