Pay attention to the way he gets the Phillip's head screw to come out. That's a big save and many here on YT are suggesting drill and re-tap if it doesn't come out. No need to, just follow this man's instructions. Great video! Thanks!

I paid honda dealer to do break job and when I got it back you hit break pedal and severe wiggling ,I've done brakes before but never seen the pin holding brake pads in ,I bought new rotors and pads watched your video which is perfect, when I took of brake caliber I noticed on pin not in the hole in the brake pad so I changed both front rotors and pads withe new hardware they sent and problem solved ,thanks for saving me about 6 or 7 hundred dollars. I will never trust honda dealer again here in memphis tn

Thank you so much for posting this! I got a '12 Civic Coupe with warped rotors I'm gonna be changing everything on soon. I'm glad you mentioned the parts numbers since most of the brake pads I find are either too small despite being listed as for a Civic or don't have the retaining spring

Just a note, at least on the 2012's there's a special tool you need to compress the caliper back in cause it rotates. You can technically just use some scrap metal but the proper tool is like 10 bucks.
