Holy hell this is impressive. I once had to train a guy to assemble a Hydraulic brake assembly that had MAYBE 12 steps and he was still making mistakes by the end of a full shift.

Amigo muy buenas tardes, excelente video, realicé todo el procedimiento tal cual como usted lo hace pero la transmisión cada vez que me paro y vuelvo a dar marcha se neutraliza tengo que apagar y prender para que vuelva otra vez a la normalidad, que puede ser eso amigo???
Amigo que video tan espectacular, sabes que tengo un honda integra del 1988, tiene un problema en su caja automática, la reversa no entra, es como si se quedara en "P" puedes ayudarme con eso? Los mecánicos no saben que es, nunca han trabajado con esas cajas
@@DavidParra-fp8de amigo ya resolví el problema, al parecer era una arandela o no se cómo lo llamen ustedes. Que estaba donde no debía y eso hacía que el conjunto quedara presionado con la horquilla de retroceso
My 2002 civic bmxa auto trans is needing to be fixed. Extremely harsh shift from 1st to 2nd. How can I find someone that knows what they are doing and can rebuild it with the proper upgrades? (Bigger filter and better clutch packs?) thank you!
There is no available upgrade parts (filter or clutch) for honda transmission. For the harsh shift, it could be an internal leak (worn out accumulator seal or piston seal) in your transmission.
@@FRubioatars I was having the loud whining because of clogged filter so I drilled a hole to gain access to it and clear it. Have done this a few times when the whining started up. After the last time is when I started having the really bad 1st to 2nd shift. After that it shifts like normal. I heard that when purchasing a rebuild kit that the new filter is bigger?
@@trevorlane8123 this transmission filter is a fibre type. It cant be cleaned thoroughly. If you have a clogged filter, then it means you have worn out clutches
OK...what type of trans is this...and why did you start this vid with it already apart... 🤔 Kinda doesn't help us DIY guys who want to rebuild a Civic auto trans .
I believe it’s a 92-95 auto for the d16z6/si models, I’m rebuilding mine now and this is the only video that appears to be of the same transmission. It’s good reference to the process but the best thing to do is take it apart slowly and document everything, he can do it by memory because he’s been doing it for years, take notes, take pictures, and organize things well and you’ll do fine
