I hadn’t been on a dirt bike in 18 years, a friend let me ride his bored 02’ CR250 yesterday and HOLY SH!T wide open third gear, I haven’t felt adrenaline like that in so long. I had to get off the bike because I was getting too confident and I’m not a young guy anymore.
Long live the 2 stroke! That sound, that smell, mixing your own 32/1 gas. 35% harder to ride than the 4 strokes. You had to ride the bike differently. Always on the gas, even in the air after rear brake tap. Bike was lighter and easier to throw around. They need to bring a 2 stroke division back into Supercross and outdoors💯
That's why I put an Air Striker on mine at first. Now I have a Lectron on it. The Air Striker was better than the Lectron at 1/4 and under. I have the Mikhuni but it will never see the light of day again.
Do you know how to ride? It doesn’t sound like it? Your shifting using to much clutch and your in too high of gears. You need to keep a 2 stroke in its power and. Your drowning the bike out
That’s a little harsh and if you’ve ridden one of these you know it’s intimidating 😂 but you’re not lying hopefully he’ll still consider your comment and let it eatttt🍻
