Awesome job fellas...only thing I would have done is to put locktite on the bearing retainer bolts... sometimes they can back out and rub against the gears...but you do excellent work IV been watching your videos now for a few years
Very cool! I have rebuilt plenty of CR-250's, but we didn't get this variant in America with RC Valve and oil injection as they were MotoCross engines. MT-250 was our street legal motor based on 73 CR-250.
nice job...but why don,t you polish t/e screw heads? you clean all the engine and pant all the covers...and at the end you use rusty old screws for it...they can be polished and given some coat too🤔i know they will rust again, but with some grease at the end they dont....
woah, asbestos gaskins..rust all over, a burnt out cylinder and piston...that only makes sense in a country where labour is cheap and parts too...and when someone wants that engine/bike with 250 ccm on 40 hp( must be reving 12k ! ) otherwise a case for the trash, where it possibly was found anyways...🤔it only makes sense when someone wants that config , bcs it,s not built anymore...otherwise it,s realy just waste of time and money...
