Installing aftermarket gears in your scooter is one of the easiest, and cheapest ways to add speed. This Method applies to your 94-01 honda elite sa50, and the af18/a25/af28 honda dio, with the af18 or af16 engine. There are several different ratios, and not all brands will require the removal of the white washer.

I’m having binding issues. I only have the nylon washer in. Should I take it out? Or do I have something else going on?

I have an 1990 elite 50 af05e and I’m changing gears and the large one has two clips on either side of the gear? Is this just how it is from stock. Plus the small gear didn’t just drop out like yours did, do I just use a press for that one also?? Thanks I just purchased these parts from you so thanks, from Australia 🇦🇺

Hello, can i ask something... i upgraded my af18 to 50mm bore short stroke and i have a full volume crank shaft 44mm long... what gear ratio do i need to make it run faster? Thank you...

I tried calling you but the shop was closed. A number to the sales department somebody recorded to fast and I can't cache. Also, tell me your budget it means for some people how much you can pull from my wallet. You should make a group of kits for each engine with a price on it. For example, start kit to Yamaha Zuma year (00-00) 5-7 horsepower cylinder and piston + exhaust on an original carburettor. After plus carburettor this price kit. After better staff need a new crankshaft etc. Otherwise, doesn't make sense to build and build and repair every 3 days again. Once I change staff I want to ride not spend time for repair. That's why Mac OS is better than windows. Think globally not locally. Once you are on YT all world watching Your movies and You can sale Your experience plus staff around the world not only on SE Johnson Creek Blvd. Speak soon, buddy.

Can save the money on a press by hitting up any auto garage. In my experience these dudes will simply punch it out and punch it in for free. However, this is entirely dependent on how busy the shop is. Don’t roll in a garage expecting free service. I’d wager the most you’d pay to have the gear done is $20. With that said, be super polite and if you get told no then move onto the next.
