In this video I build out the S23 Charmo 50mm Big Bore Kit, taking it from 49cc up to 82cc! I'm trying to tune this scooter for wheelies so its got crazy transmission parts. I know I can get way more with a bigger intake and carb but this was a fun budget build that I could beat up. If you have any tips or tricks leave them down below in the comments! This one is oil injection but for my performance builds I premix with Klotz or Maxima

@@MOTTOTROOPER honda elite, strange, but why it was impossible to make a Honda clock in all countries, as if America is some other country in which the name of the moped should be different, this moped is made from Japanese parts?

@@maxoncheg_k Yes engine code AF-16 AF-05. Recently we have been getting more Japanese bikes so we now have AF-18 AF-34. Great for wheelies and riding.

This is a stock crank right? Have you had any issues? Everyone trying to scare me out of doing the 50mm on stock crank but I think it will be ok. What room are you seeing wide open?

Stock crank no issues as it does not rev past 9k for the most part. It never hurts to overbuild the internals though

What power difference and throttle response (for wheelies) will i get with big bore pipe carb and intake. Like yours minus the the transmission and clutch work but added carb and intake. Hard question Ik lol.

Not sure what your question is. There is a big power difference when going to big bore. Even more when adding a big intake and carb. Compared to stock it’s way better.

@@MOTTOTROOPER Dope because I just went from a 78 to a 90 but gonna mess around to find the perfect size. Its running with the 90 but i just dont know if im getting the max power out of it. I also have a 50mm big bore kit.

Thanks for watching!!! Yessir Stock Carb upjet to 86. Im not gonna upgrade the intake or carb just yet as this build was based on a budget and I plan on beating the crap out this bike. I have another AF16 build I will go over in another video where I have the Naraku Big Manifold and Polini Cp 23mm Carb. Thing is a ripper forsure. I know adding better carb/intake will give me more gains but I am not worried about that for this build.
