So get this man. I bought my first street bike on the 4th of July. Iv had dirt bikes my whole life and have rode ALOT. I go to the store literally 1/4 mile from my house to the dollar general. Omw back I get rear-ended by a car this past Tuesday. I'm fine thank God and by the grace of God, but I have a feeling that my bike is totaled. Haven't even paid the first payment on it yet. You talking about heart breaking man. I did everything right . I had just came to a complete stop to wait for two cars to pass so I could turn in and then bam. Becareful out there guys these car riders are blind and ignorant to use.

The thing with litre bikes, even though they are completely impractical, is the way they make you feel when you are aboard. You have top level equipment, with everything being the best of the best. They are just a special place to be. Also knowing that you can blow just about any other vehicle that ever existed into the weeds if the whim takes you is kinda nice too.

Great review guys! mine is the same I race em and do occasionally use on the street. My input is below. There are somethings that you ant do yourself on the RRR within the electronics for that reason you cant make the RR a RRR. What I like about the RR is you can make it faster then the RRR for the track as its completely customizable. Only must do on the RRR is get rid of that cheap exhaust and install a ARATA and change pegs and controls for Rizoma. Brake lines would change for braded. RRR is hard work on the track as you have to scream it to get the power out of it which can be challenging existing the Apex. You need t be near pro level to get the RRR to go around the track faster then the RR because of the gearing. You have to keep the revs busting to brake out of the apex and for that reason I would recommend to RR for track and road for most, RRR well if you wanna get professional then its the way to go as you will need very few mods.

I just hope that manufacturers realise from the SP that people actually do like the slightly flashier colour scheme. There were some absolutely amazing designs from around the 90's like the original Fireblade. I would love to have more than two colour options on a modern bike. It's always just the main brand colour or black and always just a flat colour and it's so boring. Seems like the gixxers are the only ones to have at least a little bit of actual design with their paintjobs.

I went to Honda the other week to check on the cb1100 ex and did not expect that they will display a fire-blade sp. the bike is so beautiful and menacing at the same time. The agent told me I should try sitting on it and try to feel the bike and I was like “nah man, I am not even worthy touching that thing😂” and we both laugh. Seriously that is a scary bike.

The sp actually did quite horrible on the dyno stock, mapped it's really solid but comes choked from the factory......think Chris Moore did a dyno on it too... Stock honda is good enough, for extra 12k you can do quite a bit to stock one, plus still have manual suspension

Hey yammie I’m 15 and I rly want to get into motorcycles but since I’m so young I can’t get my license yet but I am able to ride a bike that’s 50cc so can you do a video of best and fastest bikes for underage bikers/low power motorcycles
@Geshmaal
@Geshmaal 3 года назад
50cc are miserably slow, cyclists can out accelerate you in some instances. Get a Honda C50 or something and just pootle about until you can get something full size.
@SooHighFashion
@SooHighFashion 3 года назад
Idk if they could help with that because the laws of obtaining your license is different in the US. They probably don't have experience with such low cc bikes because they aren't really practical in the US besides like a city and you'd be getting stopped like crazy by cops even if it were legal to ride. Might as well just ride a bike. Hell I took harley's riding academy, 2 classroom days then 2 riding days. After passing the written test of 20 questions and then the riding part I literally had my full license. If I had the money I dead ass could of bought this 30k fireblade lmfao merica baby

there were a few times you said "once the valve opens" the fireblade picks up, are you saying the fireblade has v-tech and the 1000R doesn't?

He’s referring to the servo exhaust valve that opens around 8k rpms. I ride a 2021 RR, incredible machine. Yoshimura Alpha sounds amazing on for any CBR owners out there wondering.

No I'm not into flashy looks or horsepower, I'm actually more into muted looks and don't care about horsepower anymore. After being in the car scene where cars are coming out with 800-2000 horsepower every year now hp just kind of seems like a pissing contest and it's more annoying than ever to talk about that with people who are "into cars" I'm interested in the 1krr because my fiance has always loved both Honda and sport bikes but has always been too scared to really try them out. I wanna get this to maybe push her into trying out bikes (no she's not going to start on this bike I'll probably get her a navi for her baby steps) I'm a beginner myself but I'm looking to work my way up to this and cars (although way different and "safer" than bikes) have taught me some throttle control. And I got over my "race everybody 24/7" stage in life.

Pretty suitable to my own experience owning a 2017cbr1000rr Sp 2, and also the Sp fireblade.. The new bike far more dedicated for being on track, and not so comfy, and needs to rev'ed out... The older bike amazingly comfortable for a sportsbike, and loads more grunt and better suited for mountain passes, and twisty roads where speeds are under 120kph (cough cough). I will say i do not feel the same about the brakes, as supplied on the Sp ffireblade, the ABs is a massive let down, and the lever pressure and feel sucks.. but good comparison none the less.
