Thank you! The rear disk brake is standard these days for the newer PCX.

Hang in there, mine was ordered back in early February and arrived at the dealer a few days ago (in UK). I collect after all the paperwork/checks have taken place on 29th April. Can't wait!

I had a 2018 pearl white . Then bought a 2022 here in France wanted a white but they only had matt black in stock here in France . But it looks fantastic you wont be disappointed I promise. I then discovered this matt black seems to throw off the dirt , hardly need to wash it.

@columbmurray swapped the pcx for a matt black cb500x by now. Not disappointed with the colour at all. Looks great

I just discovered your message and I am very sorry for not getting back to you earlier! You mentioned electronic noise, I have not heard that before! So you went to your dealer for a checkup and they said that it was nothing to worry about? I own a 2021 PCX and had a 2014 model before and never noticed that sound you are concerned about. The only possible sound that I can think of is when you go over a bump such as leaving a parking lot going onto an uneven surface, that will trigger a strange sound. I don't know the exact answer to this but I believe the scooter is recalibrating it's shocks or electric system. I goes away right after. As for the oil, your dealer may give you free oil or say that you have enough because they want to save time. Adding oil for them means they need to flush out the old oil and put in new oil. @@xdx2653 I don't know what to tell you. I wonder if other world markets will have both disk brakes or is it limited to certain regions.

But at least it has the combi brakes right? The NEW japanese version got rid of it, so there is no longer "braking with one hand".

@@hidazip That's correct, combi brakes. Japanese version won having ABS at the 2 wheels. But, is a great scooter, maybe the best of the market.

@@GoFilipe81 Sadly, the ABS is only for the front wheel. But the traction control helps, so it wont slip.

I got the Honda bike shop to remove the back guard from my old PCX to my new one. I bought the back guard and my old pcx from a different Honda bike shop.

The one that's in the video is a 125cc.

Of course it is! The back rest was optional so if you don't want it, you can put something else in it's place.

Just bought this and your comment made me laugh, i didnt realize it but i totally agree with you. its a amazing machine so far but couldn't put my finger on the old school feel of exposed wires. they ARE sooooo dated. but i still think its a incredible machine!

The 2021 PCX uses a smart key and once the steering is in locked position, there is no way to move the position without the smart key being in range . I should say that when the steering isn’t locked and let’s say that the smart key is out of range, The bike itself is heavy to push forward! Not only due to the weight but because of the activation which releases the brake. I think this version of PCX is the best!

Hi! I live in Japan and the 2021 PCX over here come with a rear disc brake. I don't know why it isn't offered in other countries!

Correct unless you lose your spare key as well. However there is always a way to get under the seat.

@@therocket1476 I purchased a 2021 Honda PCX 125cc in Japan The Honda bike dealer and their mechanic told me that there are two discs n the 125cc. The front has ABS and the back has Traction control.

I think it's 160

Well in Japan it's classified as a bike but in the western world a scooter.
