@@misssadiq6025 Oversees nurse, whether a diploma or degree holder, who works as an HCA in the UK, will qualify as a Band 5 Nurse if they have successfully passed the Test of Competency, which includes the CBT, OET/IELTS, and OSCE.

I loved this production. In as much as it is an educative piece of art, it is as well therapeutic in the sense that vital information was being shared in a very relaxed and casual way, not too serious. I did IELTS for the first time and the band I had could’ve been used today but at the time, it wasn’t useable. My former employer supported me and other internationally-trained nurses with an online OET tuition and also paid for it. I passed very well on only one attempt. Never be scared to switch to OET when IELTS fails you. As a nurse, OET made more sense to me than IELTS. Good luck to anyone who’s still trying.

This is crazy especially coming to the UK to work as a nurse and then after the osce, nmc tells you, they cant give you your pin to work as a nurse because you have midwifery certificate. I cant wait to tell my story

Thanks for this video. I think working as a senior carer and studying for preregistration BSc Nursing top-up to be registered with NMC UK is better instead of going through all the stress involved in writing OET,CBT, and OSCE. Or what do you think Nanelle

Please I have band 8 in IELTS and I am now done with my national service do you think I should use this carer process or wait. To write the CBT. I'm yet to have a staff Id to buy clearance and I learnt it is impossible to register the CBT without the clearance.
