Actually that's kinda true. Snyder Cut being the vision of Z.S, but at the same time they did some Fan Service, whatever the fans were talking about. And it is "Awesome." 😎

Snyder has said what some parts of his full 3 part vision woulda been and it's hella similar to Injustice. I didn't see the date and this felt accurate to me other than all the jokes which confused me fs, but I haven't watched this channel in a while.

I mean it certainly exceeded anything in my imagination lol

@@ballsrgrossnugly I watched it so you don't have to. My "good" list for the 2017 version has 12 entries. My "bad" list has 26. Basically too many misplaced stupid jokes, tonal inconsistency and things that do get explained in the Snyder Cut just never get explained in the 2017 version. The forced conflict betwen Diana and Bruce before resurrecting Supes was unnecessary, the Brunch monologue egregious and the action sequences are cut way too short and don't actually let you get your blood pumping like the versions in the Snyder Cut do. Also the godawful "russian family" subplot was unnecessary and didn't make much sense. The weird saving-people-rivalry between Flash and Supes felt unearned cause these guys literally met 5 minutes ago. And the ending with them being all buddy-buddy also felt unearned for me. That being said, there were some things that I liked about the 2017 version that weren't in the Snyder Cut (like the post-battle conversation between Bruce and Diana where she resets his shoulder, and the "save one" pep talk from Batman to Flash). Was sad to see those things go, but overall I much preferred the Snyder Cut to the 2017 version.

Covid-19 has caused a delay in the $35 million dollars in re-shoots and new special effects Snyder wants to do. No, I'm not kidding. Joss Whedon was given $25 million to finish the movie, with about $15 million going to removing Henry Cavil's mustache. Apparently Paramount offered to let them shave it off for $7 million, but WB executives rejected that offer. Snyder is getting $35 million. The Snyder Cut will not be ready for the release of HBO Max due to the delay, but was supposed to be one of the premier titles.
