Demand for raw honey is growing rapidly. On a Mediterranean island famed for its honey, we met with a local beekeeper who showed us the workings of one of his apiaries.
Here in Malta's countryside, pure, raw honey is being produced by busy bees. However, after the driest winter in 93 years, Malta’s bees are having a hard time finding flower nectar to collect.
Join Tricia and me as we meet with Michael Muscat and learn more about his beekeeping operation that results in the most delicious honey we’ve ever had the pleasure to try.
