I understand intermittent pilot conversion kit can save the fuel costs associated with continuous pilot. Are the kits costly and complicated to install

about $300 on amazon. Difficulty depends on your system, but you need to be safe and know what you're doing.

I'm confused of the wiring, Where is the GND(BNR) connected to? the pilot burner I have doesn't have ground rod I think

Could have been fantastic but it was very intermitent---jumped from one task to the next without completing the first or explaining. Disappointing.

im having a problem with my installation is followed your instructions but mine is on and off continuously, Staying lit for about 5 seconds then cut off for 5 second then do the same cycle over again.
