Bored of having my hood fall down and hit me on the head, I decided it was time to swap out the struts!

We totally need to do that on the Turbo! Heidi has had a couple head bonkings from that bonnet. Glad to see it is so simple. I replaced them on the 3.2 Carrera and it was a little (not a lot) more involved. I need to do the boot lid on that car too. Thanks for the video! Franny

Thanks will do mine this weekend on my 996. What is the benefit of the frunk liner? Is it after market?

The liner will prevent anything heavy that might bounce around in the compartments from bouncing up and dancing your hood from the inside. It is aftermarket but it fits perfectly. It’s particularly good for long trips if you have luggage and other small bags inside the compartment.
