I like the idea. But that would be a lot of speculation, because the attack stats are unknown right now. So discussing potential doesn't make any sense without the attack stats in the game code yet.
@@zlegolas14 Oh, I didn't know that. I'm really excited, especially for Groudon, because it has great stats but unfortunately earthquake is not a good move. Actually, I'm speechless, Niantic brought back Groudon and Kyogre several times now without releasing their signature moves. That's a shame! Also waiting for the Primal forms
Hey, one thing that could be helpful for these videos is when you mention the ranking (eg hoopa being 4 among ghost types) you actually show some of the pokemon around 4th ranking. It would give some perspective to see what its similar to Just a thought :) Thanks for the vids!
They’ll never introduce the items. They’ll always make more money from releasing the forms separately. I’m sure they won’t release the unbound form for a year at least. Other forms of released Legendary, still haven’t been released. Can’t imagine them changing the strategy for Hoopa Unbound.
You remember when they datamined files for Arceus in March of 2017 or 2018? I do. It was in the games code for 3 or 4 years now and it's still not out yet. And the funniest part is when it comes out it's not gonna be any different than it is right now xD they're not changing anything about it and it won't be able to be every type I'm 99% certain.
A form change feature has been seen in some datamines from earlier in the year. Considering this feature would add so many new forms we are missing besides Hoopa Unbound, I would like it to be introduced though that feature. If not, EX raids most likely, since we know those are coming back.
Great video as always. 👍🏻 I do agree that you should a Deep Dive series into each legendary Pokémon with their signature moves being added in & the potential that it could do to the Meta. Also, with Galarian Pokémon being moved up by at least 1 year in Pokémon GO, I would recommend you do a pre-drive into the Galarian Legendary Birds. Their stats are already in the game master file, so it would not be surprising to see them get out into the game before 2021 ends.
Just to clear up on the topic of signature moves, the one shown in video Hyperspace hole is only for Hoopa confined while unbound form has its own signature moves Hyperspace fury which is a dark type and in main series is stronger move than Hyperspace hole. Hope we get these moves sometimes soon and not 4 yrs later.
@@TheReal_ist Yes Jirachi did get doom desire and even Victini got v-create but those were released as only one time obtainable mythicals which doesn't seem to be the case with hoopa since the go-fest is over, maybe a special research but seems unlikely. Also as a sidenote Meloetta didn't receive its signature moves Relic song in this go-fest, so Niantic maybe be thinking of milking these two mythicals more as they have 2 forms.
Something quite unfortunate that I noticed is the lack of a good ghost or any dark type quick move (at least any that have already been introduced into pokemon go)
I would guess Hoopa confined form will be released through special research and maybe first during GO Fest then Hoopa unbound form will be released in Tier 5 boss or Ex Raid Boss
And with its typing it could help with be useful in raids with its unbound form with it only being weak to x4 damage from bugs and x2 from fairy. I really hope it gets a good moveset 😁
Hoopa bound will be from a ticketed event and then Hoopa unbound will require you to do a research where you'll have to raid and hatch eggs similar to the level up past 40 tasks and of course you can pay more to get it done faster
Your video is exciting, always love your content. Just wondering whether both forms of Hoopa will not end up having Oompa-Loompa movesets... I better not get too carried away. Let's wait and see what Niantic does to them.
Hoopa confined will definetly be in a special research around haloween and hoopa unbound will be featured im ex raids when they comeback as niantic anounced they want to bring back ex raids and hoopa unbound seems to be the perfect option for an ex raid boss(also they might get either nerfed or a poor moveset since niantic hates fun:/)
Let’s be real, Niantic is going to do what they have always done. And rightfully so, it makes the most sense from a business standpoint. They will release a legendary, maybe a generation or two early, and make it relevant for ONE thing only. For instance: a good psychic fast move and a good ghost charge, but no good psychic charge. Thus, it is only viable for pvp. Or, a good psychic fast/charge combo for raiding, but no ghost combo or no low energy charge for pvp. Then, months or years later, they will appropriately bring said legendary back when it’s generation is released with exclusive moves. Stonks.
Seems like Niantic randomly picks which legendaries/mythical pokemon they release. Where are Lunala, Solgaleo or Marshadow? Any Ultra Beast (not my favorite pokes but regardless, where are they?). I do enjoy that Hoopa and the gen 8 legendaries are being released, but honestly there are soo many even more fan favorite legendaries/mythicals in between what pokes they've released already and the legendary wolves they announced which makes me question how the developers pick which pokes are released. I wonder if Nintendo also has some sway in the decision
I'm not looking forward to that piece of crap Hoopa. I'm not a fan of Hoopa since it's movie. I f#$&%ing HATE it. For all I care it can just piss off, keel over and die. Once Hoopa comes into Pokemon go, I'll pass it. I'd rather quit the game then have it on my team.
Unbound might be a research situation, unless they make the confided one in research and unbound in raids but I’d honestly think that would be too generous lol
Why does everybody want hoopa unbound to be in EX raids or regular raids?? Don’t you need raid passes which cost money, meaning that free-to-play players won’t be able to obtain it? I would like it to be limited, practically obtainable in the end of the research. If you do not need raid passes for the EX raids, then fine but if you do, then I’m quitting Pokémon go.
Niantic basically pissed off the entire community then dropped Eevee community day, brought Hoopa, and brought the gen 8 legendaries. 😂😂 Are we still mad. Because I kinda forgot 😅😅😅
I'm still mad. Walking isn't an issue as much as access is. Niantic teased keeping the double radius and our community responded by building up several hundred new stops and gyms. Now most of those are inaccessible without trespassing or losing safety. On top of this we have constant glitches that never get addressed. We have/had a strong and enthusiastic community in our city. That is dwindling and Niantic has done that to themselves. They used to make more than average money from me. Not anymore. I have to see improvement in the game before they get another dime. That can start with putting the radius back to being expanded. We'll see but I'm not holding my breath. It's F2P for me until things change.
