Story : Hope is a powerful witch and knows both Alec and Jace well. Both are surprised by her power but also by her personality, so much so that they both have had a romantic relationship with her. Jace cheated on her a year ago and Alec got close to her, her problem is that Hope doesn't know if she's still ready to be with someone else. She loves Jace but also Alec. Jace, however, does not know that her parabatai is in love with her ex, he only knows that she is dating someone and wants to get her back at all costs, Alec lies to him. This secret slowly destroys Hope and Alec's relationship, who don't want to hurt Jace and Alec's jealousy grows strong too. When Jace kisses Hope Alec sees them and reacts, so much so that Jace knows the truth. The two prabatai quarrel and fight. Jace is also kidnapped and beaten but Hope saves him, so he believes they will get back together but she admits she loves Alec.
