I am 31 and have recently noticed that I can’t sleep more than 5 1/2 hours or so. I used to get tired around 8 PM and would wake up at 4:30 now I don’t get tired until around 9 PM, go to sleep at 9:30 and wake up at around 330 to 4 AM every day Before my alarm. I cut out caffeine a few weeks ago and started cutting down on the sweets. Hoping for results.
Im not sleeping. i wake up 3:00 every day for a month , not having a menstral for three months, and also having bloating in my stomach. I have body aches from my toes to my neck . Oh, and im only 34. I took a pregnancy test, and they both came negative. Could it still be pregnancy or premenopouse ?
47 going on to 48. Having issues sleeping properly, no diabetes, no high blood pressure (even thou I am a heavy smoker), have lymphodema in my feet and legs, unable to loose weight, no energy to do anything, no libido at all (but doesn't bother me at all, not married or having any relationships), constant headaches that can go over to a megrain at any time, no vaginal dryness, never had a cycle when I was at school and started my periods in standard 1 (grade 3) and it was always very heavy and very painful ( went on birth control after school, deprovera, because it takes the whole mess away and I don't need to deal with it while working. Recently found that my memory is not as it use to be, I will just suddenly feel very sleepy so bad that I can't keep my eyes open and I operate a bulldozer on an opencast mine. Haven't had any hormone test done ever. Should I get tested?
It sounds like there’s definitely something going on, and testing hormones could be a great way to get some information that could help you get better sleep and even relieve headaches. It will also be important to quit smoking if you truly want to feel your best in your body, but of course that is a personal choice 💜
Just turned 35 a few weeks ago and officially got off the pill at age 29. Feel like I finally washed out all of the pill chemicals out of my blood by now. Hopefully. I have been on a 2+ year weight loss journey and have lost 33 pounds by working out and changing my diet. However, I've noticed that now I'm developing menstrual migraines and beyond debilitating exhaustion lately. So I'm going to possibly start to take some hormone balancing pills because I need something....right before my period starts, I literally become sooo debilitatingly exhausted and pale.
@@ruchirabanerjee6104 Let me know if you have any specific questions about balancing your hormones and smoothing the transition into menopause, I'll do my best to answer them here
I'm 41 and though not experiencing hot flashes I just haven't been myself for the last 3 years. Heavy periods, urgency to urinate through out my cycle, depression which is totally new to me, and heightened anxiety. I've also had so many intolerances to things that I never had issues with before. Even my thyroid medication. I haven't been able to tolerate any thyroid medication since I started experiencing all these changes a few years ago. I've had numerous tests, and it all comes down to my pre-existing Hashimoto's. But even when things are in range, I still have a plethora of symptoms. My most recent testing was, a progesterone of 14 and testosterone of 11 on day 21 of my cycle. Meeting with my gynecologist soon.
How do you get the symptoms so correct? These are so exact and personally have proven them. The shift in hormones is no joke. All that you have said is sooo true.
