Horn Abuse! But Why? 

I see a lot of animosity towards cyclists lately... this is maybe why the interaction on the video. A driver leans on his horn upsetting cyclists on his path... But for whom was the beeping intended to? Leave your thoughts in the comments.
A car horn should only be used when warning someone of danger, but in my experience the most common use is to show anger, impatience, frustration or annoyance towards other road users.
According to the Highway Code, drivers should only use their horns when their car is moving and they need to warn others of their presence. It also says that motorists must not use their horn in stationary traffic, or ‘aggressively’. Additionally, it states that the horn is not a tool to alarm others “without reasonable intention.”
There are also only certain time you can use your horn or you could run the risk of a fine.
A few people on the comments seem to suggest most of the horn use is justified...well, I disagree.
