How to reset this lock to its factory settings and remove all passcodes and fingerprints if reset button inside and the entire reset procedure don't work? This lock was added to the TTLock app but now is not visible any longer. Batteries are new. Any idea what is wrong?

hello! I have this lock model. And I have to place the fingerprint more than 4 times so that it can open, even placing the light on green does not open. After many attempts, it opens. Do you know if this can be fixed?

How do you lock the door from the inside if you don't have auto lock on?

My door lock will only lock from the app. It will not unlock with using the key. The lock won't even attempt to extract when I hit the unlock feature on the app.

Another question. I set up autolock at 900s. But, this morning, I open the door and go to get my newspaper. Come back 15s later and the door is locked. Any idea why? Shouldn't the timer restart after you open the door from the inside? Isn't that the whole purpose of autolock?
