Been a while since i done a review video but my brother wanted me to test and run his new limited edition loco from hornby. More pics and vids added to my facebook and Instagram page. / northwesttrainsmodels Instagram northwesttrains123
Good review - of all the big 4 collection this the lamest choice by Hornby and most ancient model - I think it was the cheapest too as even they didnt have the heartto charge 200 plus. Cheers Shaun
Yeh unfortunately this is an older tooled loco. Tony Wright from B.R.M. trialled it on his own layout Little Bytham and it wouldn't stop derailing in forward gear .
I'm not keen on this tank engine. However, talking of tank engines, I've managed to buy an N Gauge GWR Large Prairie Tank Engine for £60. I've given up offering less for the Raveningham Hall tender engine, the seller isn't responding. That engine is £70 to buy, and I'm not prepared to pay that amount. £60 is more doable, so I'll have the Large Prairie Tank Engine instead.
@northwesttrainsmodels well, my latest hornby model, A hornby class 153377 scotrail seems very good! With working lights front and rear if I remember correctly! The side decals are a bit pixelated, but overall, good runner! And I got that for a good price too!
