Your facility is incredible looking, I am just surprised that the US equivalent to (CCOHS) Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety allows no safety glasses on so many people or up on their heads and no gloves or shields welding….I think that glue in the eye would hurt eh. I have been to the Harring plant I suspect you know them.
