Fast, easy, core stability ‘quick win’ incorporating a wide range of conditioning elements for equestrians. Reactive strength is challenged together with acute stability. It is particularly effective conditioning for low back stability over and when landing from high jumps. It requires precision, proprioceptive, feedforward balance for landing. Muscles targeted are Erector Spinae, Quadriceps, Hamstrings, Gluteals and Tensor Fascia Lata.
Formulated for equestrians but others will find it an effective plyometric core stability strengthening technique.
