Why are some people so naive or fearless to think thst an enormous animal can't hurt them?

I find it odd, that most of the parents getting photos with the horse will usually put the child closest to the horse.

Why not consider having some 'off duty' Guards and horses in a separate area, where people can indulge taking photo's and petting horses. It could even bring in revenue (for Military charities) and would relieve the strain on the Guards who are on active duty.
