Hotel Ceasars is home to the ceasar salad. I made this salad in Pasadena, California hundreds of times for customers. Our table side version was a little richer. I was a great experience.
In TJ, they lay a large flat crouton on the salad at the end along with sprinkling it with fresh Parmesan cheese. I bake my own croutons and toss with the salad. Then finish with Parmesan cheese.
