I forgot egg tofu will splatter when deep fried! Always pan fry egg tofu with ur non stick pan/wok with very little oil, i have shown u all a very bad example in the video, ha ha ha.
I follow Ah Pa method using frying pan cos I also don’t have a hot plate & take Ah Pa’s advice to pan fried the egg tofu, very successful & very nice. Thanks a lot to Ah Pa cos now everyday I use Ah Pa dishes to cook & my 2 kids are very happy with the different dishes everyday 👍😃🙏

Ah Pa..u can try this method when deep frying anything.. just sprinkle half of a pinch of salt into the oil 30sec before frying anything..it will help the oil from splattering. My mum thought me when i was small.
Suz N i heard about it too, actually splattering is simply due to water inside the ingredients. By putting in salt, it actually decrease the boiling points of the oil i think.

Hi ah pa me oso don't av hotplate but whenever I wan to cook tis tofu I always use double side frying pan but tis method oso very good...ah pa y in tis recipe u nver use tat rice wine as usually u use
