Great video! But I would love to see more visual examples of plates as the host and guests talk about their thought process, just a suggestion :)

If you get a chance it might be worth watching a few episodes of the podcast I have host on this channel, as the chefs go into loads more details about their techniques and thought process (I even have plating demonstrations), they also talk about other chefs that provide them with visual inspiration.
