words can’t explain how thankful i am that i found this channel a year ago, i used to do the workout videos but then i stopped and starting eating way too much and made me gain over 10 pounds after i spent the whole summer losing it. now i want to change and concentrate on how much i’m eating, listening to my stomach when it says it’s full and working out to her videos again. thank you oppserve 🙏🏽🙏🏽

Doing this workout for two weeks or more! Weight: 43,5 kg. Abs: They show a little bit, but I want them to show more. Disclaimer: My main goal is not loosing weight, I just wanna be more strong and muscular for my well being Day 1: 💟 completed 3/1 . I felt the burn and sweated a bit. I feel motivated

Day 1: I'm quite familliar with the exercises mentioned since I did all of those in the past but since I haven't done it in a while my body had a hard time adjusting. Though I finished it today while waiting for my class and it made me stay awake.

Doing this for 2 weeks!: waist: 28.5 inches day 1:✅DEFINITELY FELT A BIG BURN ON MY ABDOMEN, can't wait for the result!(You can do this guys! Dont give up!) day 2: ✅felt the same burn as yesterday😭The stretch at the end rlly helped tho, tysm! waist:28.5 inches no change Day3: ❌I was at my cousin’s house so I couldn’t do it Day4: ❌ Day5: ✅The stretches felt good, helped a lot, and I’m starting to see my body forming! Hello there! I watch your videos and your videos are really very effective and helpful. I'm glad to find your channel. But there's an issue i have which is such a disaster to me. I have knock knees (and i guess i have them for 4-5 years) and i realised it 2 years ago, i saw many youtube videos and even visited a doctor who prescribed me exercises(because he said i shouldn't have surgeries now since I'm still growing and exercises can help a lot). But these exercises doesn't seem to fully recover my knees and also many of them aren't very effective for me. Your most of the videos are way too helpful and many of them are super effective. So i am requesting to you to make a video on how to fix knock knees (exercises that can help my knee to get fixed within 4-5 months) and which actually works unlike the exercises on the internet. Please it would be a great help, it would really help me so much. Because i believe in your channel. I'm a teenager, and my knock knees are so worse so I'm super insecure about my knees. That's why i want to fix my knees asap during my teen days.

I just found this video and had it a go since I started working out again after 2 months after a unfortunate passing in my family💗 I can already tell this will be worth it!! Day 1 - ✅ It was pretty hard and definitely felt my abs BURNING since I did a full body workout yesterday Day 2 - ✅ it was still hard but I did it Day 3 - ❌ I had army cadet training and didn’t have the time Day 4 - ❌ same as day 3

Day 1- completed, felt tired and exhausted but still made it Day 2- completed again, felt hard and it was exhausting but made it Day 3- I did half of all becuz I went to my grandma’s place and returned so didn’t get time so I did it at night time cuz I felt bad Day 4- completed, felt a easier than before! And stretches helps a lot Conclusion I did continue it but yes it did feel easier I wanted to try out the other workout which is a bit more intense of this channel my updates will be there

doing this untill the summer holidays so 4 weeks !! Day 1: ✅️ THE BURNN, i was tempted to give up cos of the burn pain but kept believing in myself, i managed to complete it and i cant wait for the results! Day 2: ✅️ the burn was nearly unbearable but i pulled throught it and found it alot more easier then yesterday, im so excited !! Day 3: ❌️ forgot and felt very guilty for not doing so. Doing this for 1 week! ( start ) - waist = 68 cm day 1: i felt the burn!! i hope ill see results soon🤭 day 2: i rested for 10 mins before doing the 1 min plank but still finished it! ( i think my belly got flatter ) day 3: did it!! day 4: gosh the toe touches get me day 5: literally dying day 6: my waist is 65,9 now! ( i did other workouts too but like around 3 a day) day 7: i felt great and i think i see a little line but its not very visible yet! ill do this for 1 more week bc i think the results are pretty good! I PROMISE I WILL UPDATE ❤❤ Hi! I’m doing a 30 day challenge with this workout and 8 other ones, ( I know it’s a lot but I am determined 😅 ) Day 1: ✅ The burn made me regret doing this, but I kept on believing and I only skipped 2 parts of the workout! ❤ Day 2: ✅ I was sore from yesterday so today was a very painful experience 😂 but.. I DID IT! And that’s all that matters, I have a few more workouts to do ( I was so happy this workout ended *not in a bad way it just hurt* 😭 )

randomly decided ill be doing this today lmao i hope to keep streaks, wanna be stronger!!! (and feel more confident wearing the tops that i love hehehe) weight 49.20 kg height: 5'2 21 yo day 1 - done!! love the knee-elbows touch bcos i can do it more than those with straight legs raised and i can actually feel my abdomen engaged instead of my back feeling pain (part is that i notice i cant keep my back flat maybe bcos my core is weak idk hahaha but ye that one i feel itttt) see u tomorrow day 2 - done!! i was watching videos regarding proper form, they did help i can do these exercises better ( still less time on plank)
